Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the FaceMorph mobile application (package: com.wilkolak.facemorph). Using the application means accepting these Terms in full. The Terms are available at any time from the app settings.

2. Service description

FaceMorph is an application that uses artificial intelligence to apply visual effects to face photos (makeup, tattoos, hairstyles, etc.). The service is available only to registered users who are at least 16 years old.

3. Registration and account

• • Using the app's features requires an account.
• • The user is obliged to provide real registration data.
• • The account is non-transferable and personal — sharing with third parties is prohibited.
• • The user is responsible for the security of their password.
• • After 5 failed login attempts, the account is blocked for 1 hour.

4. Subscription and payments

• • A 3-day free trial is available (no card details required).
• • After the trial period, a paid subscription is required.
• • Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
• • The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Profile.
• • Refunds are handled in accordance with EU law (14 days from purchase).

5. Rules of use

The user undertakes to:

• • Upload only photos to which they hold the rights or have the depicted person's consent.
• • Not use the app to create offensive, illegal content or content infringing third parties' rights.
• • Not attempt to bypass the app's security or interfere with its code.
• • Not use the app for commercial purposes without the Administrator's written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The FaceMorph application, its code, interface and graphics are the property of the Administrator. Transformation results (processed photos) belong to the user who generated them, while respecting the image rights of the depicted persons.

7. Liability

The Administrator is not liable for: (a) content generated by AI, (b) use of transformation results by the User contrary to the Terms, (c) technical interruptions caused by external factors. The application is provided "as is".

8. Account deletion

The user has the right to delete their account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Account deletion is irreversible and permanently removes all data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (Art. 17 GDPR).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law and European Union law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office. EU consumers may use the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
